Weekend in the Mountains

I got to spend this past weekend with some very fun girls in the mountains of North Georgia.  We were celebrating the upcoming wedding of my dear cousin, Janet, who will be marrying Trevor Overstreet on November 11.

We had such a great time staying up late and talking, attending a chili fundraiser downtown and listening to live acoustic, hiking at Tallulah Falls, going out for pizza or massive amounts of fries and sweet tea, dancing at restaurants to old Janet Jackson hits, doing some front-porch-sittin looking at the beautiful scenery, checking out the arts & crafts festival, and of course - having a gag lingerie party!

It was also the first weekend that William and I were apart - eek!  The Hillises jumped at the opportunity to drive into the mountains to take care of William so that mama could have some all-girl time.  They stayed at a neat old mountain inn in downtown Clayton.  Thank you Kelly and Carla!
