Two Teeth and Tummy Sleep

William is now 4.5 months old and teething up a storm.  Poor thing is waking up at night, rubbing eyes, tugging ears, and chewing on everything he can get his little hands on.

His second tooth emerged this past Friday, 9/14!  (probably TMI, but if your 4-mo-old has 4-5 poopy diapers in one day, something is up!) :p

At his 4 mo well-baby visit, he weighed 16.42 lbs, was 25.98 in tall and had head circumference of 43 cm.  He got his first fever after vaccinations - 99.9 degrees - and slept practically the whole next day, waking only to eat and then go right back down.  Not sure what to do with all the extra time, I was able to work on some diy projects and grillin!  His fever broke later that day after a dose of Tylenol.

We spent a wonderful weekend in Memphis celebrating the marriage of my dear friend, Kelly Rodgers, to David Algea.  We got to see so many great friends and stayed with our bffs Charlie, Stephanie, and their little girl Nola.  Of course, I don't have a single picture of any of it....having too much fun I guess!  It was a very busy weekend to say the least.  In other milestones, William spent all day Saturday with his daddy, Charlie and Steph, while I did wedding stuff.  He did great!

Drooling lots and enjoying tummy time more and more

Love this smirk :)

Notice the TWO teeth

Chewing on everything

Love all of his silly faces

Flipping over onto stomach now in his sleep.  The first couple of times it woke him up, and now he just continues to sleep  that way.

Peek-a-boo!
"Is this okay, mommy?"

Daddy and Will reading when daddy gets home from work.  Thank you Aunt Christine for the new books!

"Your fingers look pretty tasty, daddy."

Yumyumyumyumyum!

He smiles like this every time daddy gets home.  "See ya lata, mama!"  Hahaha.

Drool-monster

Mom's creative outlet in preparation for numerous gift-giving occasions coming up

First meal I ever grilled!  How did we do without a grill for the past 4.5 yrs???

  2. Loved seeing the gorgeous photos of William, enjoyed seeing the sweet book times with Daddy (on the big leather chair), was tickled by the do-it-the-hard-way DIY projects that turned out great (that's my girl!), and drooled over the great-looking meal you grilled on that awesome deck. So happy to know y'all are now able to "enjoy" having a home. It was a rough, rough start, but you three weathered all the challenges. Lots of fun is in store now that you've got your place all cute and cozy...you'll begin to see the meaning of "There's no place like home!"
